Résumé:
With the aim of evoluate the behavior of the flow of the avian ration and
wheat bran, it was made a reduced model of prismatic silos with a zigzag
conformation of transparent material. The present work also had as
objectives to determine the medium outflow of bulk solids, as well as their
physical properties: humidity proportion, granulometry, consolidated density,
angle of internal friction, effective angle of internal friction, kinetic angle of
friction on a wall surface, flow function and flow factor. For the obtention of
the results of the analysis, were made photografic sequencies of the original
product inserted by layers of bulk solids stained in red. For the medium flow
of discharge it was adopted the statistical delineation entirely casualized with
factorial arrangement 3 x 3 x 2 (fat proportion, relation height/side and
transversa! section of the mouth of exit), with three repetitions. The obtained
results showed that the increased fat proportion and the transversal section
of the mouth of exit influenced in the kind of flow of the studied bulk solids.
