In the contemporary scenario, one of the main challenges faced by companies concerns the need to manage the flow of products and services between the various members that make up their supply chain to identify how the integration of links and information sharing occurs. between them. Given this, supply chain management is essential for the study of the flow of materials, information and products that occurs between the various members that constitute it. With this, the objective of this work is to carry out the modeling of the supply chain of a company in the pharmaceutical sector that distributes products in state of Paraíba. For this, the initial configuration of the organization's supply chain was structured, and then mapping strategies were applied, considering the location, lead time, relationship, and quantity of the supplied product family of the constituent components of the organization's supply chain. organization. Finally, the analysis of the data obtained through the mapping was carried out. As a result, one can observe, at each level of the chain, how many suppliers and customers the company has in each region of the country, the number of product families that each supplier delivers, how the level of relationship between the various links in the chain occurs, in addition to analyzing which suppliers have a longer lead time and how many have a shorter one.
