Resumo:
This study aimed to elaborate fetal biometry curves, by ultrasonography, comprising
24 to 38 weeks of gestation in Northeast Brazil, considering parameters may vary
depending on the population being studied, and are used to calculate fetal weight and
evaluate fetal intrauterine growth. In this study, we analyzed biparietal diameter (DBP),
occipitofrontal diameter (DOF), head circumference (CC), abdominal anteroposterior
diameter (DAP), abdominal transverse diameter (DTA), abdominal circumference (CA) and
fêmur length (CF), in a cross-sectional, retrospective study, using bidimensional
sonographic imaging. We performed analysis of the data, with representation of the results
through graphs and tables based on percentiles. We created gestational age graphs
through regression analysis and appropriate equations through minimum squares method
for percentiles 5, 50 and 95 (p<0.05) We concluded that, comparing with literature data,
there was a better correlation between DBP and CF values, but greater discrepancy
between CA and CC. Our data is importante to create local references, and compare with
literature references.
