Resumen:
Today's society is increasingly urbanized with hectic routines and high
technological consumption. Such technological consumption was high in the
adverse scenario provided by the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused changes
in social organizations and in the way of carrying out daily activities. In this
context, the diversity of discursive genres and their respective resources that
were made available on social networks contributed. Therefore, the objective of
this work was to produce and evaluate the quality and importance of teaching
materials about home gardens composed of different semiotic resources in a
virtual environment. The methodology used in the work consisted of two parts,
the first part being the production of teaching materials (handouts and informative
videos) as a way of documenting, disseminating and teaching knowledge about
home gardens. In the second part of the methodology, an analysis was carried
out, through a qualitative research, of the forms of dissemination and scientific
dissemination using semiotic resources. The results obtained point to a
significant contribution of the teaching materials made available to build the
knowledge of the target audience. Thus demonstrating the importance of using
various semiotic resources in the construction of knowledge in a virtual
environment, as well as the importance of good instruction as simplified, clear
and didactic as possible.
