Resumo:
Much has been discussed about decision making in corporate environments, due to the level of complexity of the assumptions and the short time that one must realize them. In the same way there is a growth in the application of methods of multicriteria support to decision making, through mathematical models or computational tools. The purpose of this paper is to use a computational system of multicriteria decision support in a television company, to identify the best supplier to be included in a project to change the microphone system in one of the studios of the broadcasting company. It was sought to understand, through bibliographical and exploratory research, the context of studies related to this area, in order to base the collection of information in a complete way, using and applying the model. The methodology used was the Priority Observed from the Presumption of Gaussian Attitude of Alternatives (PrOPPAGA), taking into account the characteristics of the problem, the important criteria of each area involved in the project, and the supplier alternatives to be evaluated. With this application, the ease of inserting the information into the system was considered, once it was well structured, and the result was explicit, statistically, speeding up and simplifying the decision making process for the decision makers.
