Resumo:
This work aims to analyze how intersectoral partnerships can contribute to the process of
developing social innovation initiatives. To this end, a qualitative study was carried out
consisting of three distinct and related methodological steps: initially, through a bibliometric
study, the mapping of scientific production on intersectoral partnerships in social organizations was carried out, aiming to analyze the congruence between the scientific fields and generate insights for later steps. Then, through the study of the literature, five interrelated dimensions emerged that permeate and characterize the process of social innovation in relation to partnerships (ecosystem approach, challenges and social needs, process dynamics, results and benefits, tensions, conflicts and barriers) , allowing the integration of the different actors in the different phases of the innovative process and which made it possible to propose a framework that contextualizes the intersectoral projects of social innovation. Finally, an empirical analysis of the performance of the network of partners involved in intersectoral social innovation projects at each stage of their process was carried out, through a qualitative study of multiple cases. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with key actors from social organizations, documentary research and non-participant observation, whose data were analyzed from the
perspective of Bardin (2011) and with the help of the ATLAS.ti software., which resulted in
the identification of the most relevant actors. of the ecosystem and their roles in collaborations at each stage of the innovative process, providing evidence of their contributions to the development of social innovation in the analyzed context. The results demonstrate, based on the understanding of the dynamics of intersectoral social innovation projects, that the development of social innovation actions is subsidized in the process of generation and transmission of knowledge, innovation and co-creation of social value from intersectoral interactions and cooperation in all stages, which facilitate social practices and the achievement of social and economic justice.
