Sustainability is a term used to define human actions and activities that seek to meet the present needs of human beings without compromising the future of the next generations. Therefore, sustainability is directly related to economic and material development without harming the environment, using natural resources intelligently so that they will stay in the future. Taking into account this context, the theme and object of study of the Dissertation was: Analysis of Sustainable Practices in the Administrative Sectors of a Dairy Agroindustry of the Sertão da Paraíba. For the development of this work, the general objective of the research was: To analyze the sustainable practices in the administrative sectors of a Dairy Agroindustry of the Sertão da Paraíba. And as specific objectives: To identify how many administrative sectors exist in a Dairy Agroindustry of the Sertão of Paraíba; describe the functioning of these sectors and how many employees work in each sector; identify if there are sustainable practices in the administrative sectors and suggest / improve sustainable practices for the administrative sectors, aiming at a sustainable management of resources. Taking into account the types of scientific research, in this study the use of quantitative research, as to nature, basic research, as to the objective, the exploratory research and as to the procedure, the bibliographic research was used in this study. According to the data collected during the work, it was observed that in fact there are Practices Sustainable in the Administrative Sectors of a Dairy Agroindustry of the Sertão da Paraíba. From a questionnaire with 15 (fifteen) objective questions about sustainable practices in the organization, where it was answered by 50 (fifty) employees working in the company's administrative sectors, it was observed that most of the answers were focused on commitment and preservation of the environment. Therefore, the Agroindustry studied is considered a Sustainable company.
