Résumé:
Civil construction activities have grown and collaborated positively to the economy of our country in recent years. On the other hand, the large quantities of hazardous and non- hazardous solid waste generated by the sector cause concern with regard to the environment and public health, making it vital to discuss the issues involved and seek solutions to mitigate the impacts. Considering this context, this paper proposes a model document for the elaboration of Management Plans for Solid Construction Waste (PGRCC). The method used was bibliographic and documental research, with the exploration of norms of the Brazilian Association of Technical Norms, resolutions of the National Council of Environment, articles, current legislation, primers and others. Next, a critical analysis was conducted to define the steps and criteria for the elaboration of the guide-document. As a result, it was presented an objective model of CCMP, focused on efficiency and within the normative and legal standards, which can be followed by professionals in the area. Finally, it can be concluded that the normative and legal framework presented during the work is relevant and appropriate for the elaboration of PGRCC.
