Résumé:
Public policies are constituted by government programs and actions (whether national,
municipal or state) that aim at ensuring right to citizenship of various civil society groups.
Among these, we highlight Projovem Campo-Saberes da Terra, which offers professional
qualification and schooling to young family farmers aged 18 to 29 who have not finished
elementary school. Thus, this work aimed to analyze functioning of public policies of
Projovem Campo-Saberes da Terra in municipality of Sumé-PB. Qualitative-quantitative
approach contributed to understanding of object and to tabulate some results of investigations
carried out from information from National Fund for Education Development (FNDE), with
educators and students of program, analyzing public policies related to the transfer resources.
It was observed that lack of compliance on part of Federal Government regarding resource
that guides program weakens conditions of pedagogical work in Projovemschools, although
profile of educators graduated in Field Education Degree maintain identity and requirements
required in the program. In view of above, it is concluded that organization of program
depends on transfer made by Federal Government, which is delayed and does not arrive in
due time, thus disrupting program schedule, in addition to increasing number of students
dropping, interfering including in educational public policies of program.
