This study seeks to make its approach in the context of inclusive school with emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), investigating what it reflects on the educational process with students with autism. For this, the general objective of this research is to analyze the importance of inclusive education in the educational field and in preparing people with disabilities for the development of learning and their socialization. Education is one of the rights of people with disabilities, as it guarantees an inclusive school and a quality education that has the perspective of providing a wide range of access to a plurality of people. as regulated by the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (Law nº 9.394/96), which determines that people with special educational needs are integrated into regular schools, fully as a mediator of opportunities, respect, coexistence, socialization, training and education. As regards the methodological course, we carried out the research that follows a qualitative approach of a bibliographic nature of the State of Knowledge type based on the proposal of Morosine and Fernandes (2014), which makes a compilation of scientific works in the area of the subject under study. Data analysis was developed through simple content analysis from three dissertations: Bassotto (2018), Oliveira (2019) and Gerbassi (2021). According to the analyzed data, it was possible to understand how much research is expanding in this area of inclusive education on ASD. There is an increasing need to broaden the vision of this public, as there is an increase in the number of people with disabilities in schools and everyone has the same rights and equal opportunities.
