Résumé:
This work aimed at the development of porous bioceramics of calcium phosphate for bone
regeneration with Ca/P ratio 1.0, 1.67 and 2.0. From the post cimentícios, were obtained by the
porous media (Scaffolds) of calcium phosphate cements. The characterization of the post was made
on their morphology, porosity and chemical composition by SEM, OM, FTIR, EDS and XRD. The
analysis by XRD, EDS and FTIR confirmed the formation of calcium phosphate, indicating that there
was formation of the desired phases. The characterization of porous media from a calcium phosphate
cement was performed on the morphology, porosity and chemical composition by SEM, OM, EDS and
XRD. The analysis by XRD showed that the addition of sodium hydrogen phosphate and polymer
sponge did not alter the formation of phases. The analysis by SEM and OM showed a range of sizes
of pores that allow its application as support (Scaffolds) for development of bone tissue.
