Abstract:
In order to have good planning and management of works, several complete and
well-detailed projects are necessary, which will serve to carry out consultations and
analyses carried out by those responsible for the management and execution of the
services. It is no different from the budget project, as it is a fundamental part of
planning any type of work. In this work, a budgetary project for building maintenance
of the women's residence of UFCG/CCTA will be elaborated, which will be distributed
in several stages. Starting with the visit to the building where the survey of the
problems found and the services necessary for maintenance will be carried out, after
that the quantitative of these services and all the materials necessary for
maintenance will be carried out. With this information and numbers in hand, we
proceed to research the prices of each material and service, which will be consulted
by the state and national cost research systems and civil construction indexes. The
budget worksheet is prepared with the quantities and costs, which will be separated
by categories, detailing each material and service, containing its quantity, unit of
measure, unit price, total price and research code. Finally, the physical-financial
schedule will be drawn up, which will be responsible for making the cost and time
spent on each service. These will be important projects for those responsible for
planning and executing maintenance services, ensuring the reduction of waste, work
efficiency, and time optimization.
