Resumen:
This work has for purpose to study tools capable of modeling thermomechanically shape memory
alloys actuators. Using the first and the second law of thermodynamic and the Clausius-Clapeyron
equation it was determined, from uniaxial traction assays isobaric and isothermal, the transformation
enthalpy variation of a Ni-Ti wire and ribbon. Comparing the results obtained from the Clausius-
Clapeyron equation with those obtained from DSC assays an acceptable concordance of the method
was verified.
