Resumen:
The Agroindustrial System, as well as several other sectors of society, requires the Judiciary to act to resolve conflicts. In turn, the Judiciary in its action, uses the work carried out by the Official of Justice as materializer of its determinations in lawsuits related to the thematic. The role of the Justice Officer in the agroindustrial system seeks to bring a series of benefits to the rendering of service to the jurisdiction, which in turn contributes to harmony within the entire production chain. The research has an interdisciplinary character, having a considerable social reach because it is the researched area composed of a vast agricultural region, belonging to the city of Sousa. In light of the above, this scientific work analyzes the legal and social work of the Judicial Officer for the resolution of disputes within the agroindustrial system of the Sousa district and points out, from a legal, social and environmental perspective, the need to seek the Judiciary to resolve the conflicts in order to maintain the harmony and credibility of the Agroindustrial System. To do so, it carries out a bibliographical survey and a documentary research, analyzing judicial processes, necessary to the contextualization of the subject proposed here. So that, knowing the reality about the Judiciary, in particular the Justice Officer, the paths to their effective socioeconomic and environmental contribution within the Agroindustrial System can be delineated.
