Identificação de eventos agrícolas a partir de tendências de precipitações no semiárido.

Abstract

Precipitation is characterized as a very important variable for the hydrological cycle, corresponding to the phase at which water returns to the surface. Precipitation is closely linked with the development of certain activities related to agriculture, such a variable is directly related to and influencing agricultural events, moreover it is important to define the climate of any region. Due to its importance, the present work refers to the study of the precipitation variable and its influence on agricultural events. The objective of this study was to perform an analysis of pluviometric trends with agricultural events, based on pluviometric data recorded in pluviometric stations referring to the municipalities inserted in the study area, that is, rainfall stations of cities inserted in the state of Paraíba-PB And belonging to the catchment area Pianco-Piranhas-Açu. For the preparation of this project, mathematical routines were assembled with the help of matlab software so that the historical series could be analyzed. In addition to applying the Mann-Kendall statistical test to determine the monotonic trends. For the eight localities studied, only the city of Itaporanga presented a tendency, being this negative.
