Résumé:
The objective in that work is to verify the effect of correctives in the attributesof the soil
and in the initial growth of the castor oil plant and of thesunflower cultivated in soils
degraded by salts. The soil was collected in theirrigated perimeter of São Gonçalo that after
the gessagem and wash wasanalyzed. Soon after sulfuric acid, incubation was applied and
again samplingfor analyses. The tolerance was evaluated to the salinity of 02 species:
Sunflower (Helianthus annus L.) mamoneira (Ricinus communis L.), cultivated insaline soil
with six different doses of concentrated sulfuric acid (0,0 - 1,0 -2,0 - 3,0 - 4,0 - 5,0 mL kg-1).
According to the results the plaster reducedthe pH, CE and Na+ of the soil and it increased the
tenors of Ca2+. Withrelationship to the sulfuric acid reduced significantly of the pH. Relative
theheight, diameter of the I collect, number of leaves and production of dry massof the castor
oil plant and sunflower, the sulfuric acid didn't present significant increase.
