Resumo:
Intrapreneurship occurs through the willpower of people in the organization to
undertake, be it a private or public company, as well as universities. In order to
describe studies about intrapreneurship in public higher education institutions in
Brazil, this research considers the enormous capacity and responsibility of
Universities in terms of perception of the topic addressed, as well as being an
important field for public servants, aiming to the development of this approach tends
to contribute to an entrepreneurial culture, necessary to better support the individual's
development. To this end, a literature review was carried out in articles researched in
the database, using exploratory and qualitative research, in studies that show
compliance with the topic of interest. After analyzing the materials, it was possible to
identify the real importance, as well as the perception of the necessary characteristics
and identification of the barriers present with regard to the applicability of this concept
in public higher education institutions. Given the above, there is a need to understand
the development in relation to the processes of intrapreneurship with the
organizations in which it operates, in order to reinforce the need for a greater
understanding related to intrapreneurship and understanding of these approaches.
