Resumen:
The covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on businesses across the world.
world. With the imposition of restrictions on movement and economic activity, many
companies had to quickly adapt to an entirely new environment. In that
context, digital marketing has become an essential tool for companies
remain in operation. This article aimed to analyze the
researchers' approach to the contributions of digital marketing to
micro and small companies in the context of the pandemic. To that end, it was carried out
an exploratory research and methodological approach of nature
qualitative and bibliographic. Thus, it was observed that the micro and small
companies have realized significant benefits from the adoption of digital marketing
during the covid-19 pandemic and that this trend is expected to continue in the future,
as companies adapt to an increasingly digital landscape. The study
also pointed out the importance of adapting to new market demands and
use digital marketing tools strategically and effectively.
