Resumo:
The present work presents important notes about the relationship between digital technologies and
science teaching, considering digital resources as a facilitator of the educational process, because their
use enables the construction of a more dynamic and interactive class. Thus, this study aims to identify
the use and applicability of digital technologies in science teaching, and has as specific objectives to
demonstrate the possibilities of use of technological resources by the teacher; to encourage a more
dynamic and diverse science teaching, and to promote a reflection on the importance of digital
technologies for a more innovative educational practice in science teaching. From a search in the Scielo
and Google Academic databases, we looked for works that approached the theme in a more current
context, since technology and the educational process are constantly changing. With this, a didactic
sequence was made with the purpose of offering suggestions of activities using technology, where in
each class some technological resource would be used to work on the contents. In this sense, technology becomes a very important didactic resource for science teaching, since through its use the teacher can plan a more instigating and diversified class structure, allowing the student to be the protagonist in the teaching process. It is pointed out that there is still much to advance in relation to the use of technology in education, especially considering that not all schools have resources such as computers, internet, data show, or any similar device to be used in the classroom. However, from this work it was possible to realize that even though there are some limitations, technology is still present in schools, which, even without all the necessary support, seek to work with this resource with what they have at hand to improve the teaching process.
