Abstract:
The Project of Research presented here has as the main seek to understand how educators
work towards literacy broadening their skills and language encyclopedias – textual and thus
determine interference positive or not apparent in the teaching of mother tongue. From the texts
selected taken as base theorists for our proposed research and the dice collected through the
application of questionnaire want to understand the work of teachers of mother language
concerning the teaching of syntax and the relationship between literacy and conceptions of
reading and writing the same and, consequently, the implications of literacy and the multiple
competencies for practice teaching. In view social, cultural, technological and policies change, learn read and write implies not only knowledge of letters and how decodes them, but use this knowledge to express the facing society. For that to happen its necessary the adoption of a method that involving the teaching of writing and grammar seeing that communicative competence implies language competence.
