Abstract:
This article was elaborated from the relative works to the Research sazonal migrations of Agricultural youngs 2008-2009 that it has as objective to analyze the sazonal migrations of young of agricultural areas of the Paraibano Hinterland for the plants of sugar cane of sugar of the State of São Paulo. The current context of the sector is of expansion of the sugar cane farmings and from the innovation of the technologies, however, the technological support in this activity does not excuse the existence of the manual work. The requirement starts to be of great amount of workers, but also, of a work rhythm that guarantees high index of productivity. The research evidenced one high number of deriving young of the cities of Is Jose de Piranhas and Tavares gifts in the cut of the sugar cane in cities of the São Paulo. The existence of young cutting sugar cane is related not alone with the physical capacity to carry through the work, but with the proper disposal to submit itself to the regimen of work and the control to discipline of the lodgings. The strategy of the migration, in the direction attributed for the interviewed young, represents the possibility to surpass the limitations of job and to take care of to the necessity of maintenance of the conditions of survival and desire to improve of life, not obstante the consuming that the work provides, the exit of the school etc.
