Abstract:
Historically, most new pharmaceuticals originated from natural products as
well as compounds derived from these. The plants are real chemicals factories, whose
main function is always producing them in their own benefit. In recent years the research
focused on the verification of popular therapeutic practices has become effective in
discovering new fitofármacos, aiming at this way the incorporation of isolated
components of plants into medicinal products or complement to others Existing
treatments and techniques. With the development biotechnology, new products have
emerged that make use of active principles whose interaction with the organism makes
it fruitful, the aveloz that holds the scientific name of Euphorbia Tirucalli is a prototype of
that, in which its latex stands out for presenting activities Biological and pharmacological,
such as preventative activity against cancer (various types of specific form), antihumoral,
Antimutagênica, antibacterial, irritating, laxativa, antiskeptic, disinfectant,
inflammatory, antiestreptococipas. This study holds the intension of evaluating the
effectiveness of the Aveloz latex as a fitofármaco that would assist the rapid healing
process with good results. EST ethical and low costs.
