Abstract:
Constructive errors are occurrences that impair the use of the system or the constructive elements, resulting early in lower than required performance. These anomalies are commonly caused by hiring unskilled labor or even project failures and may compromise the safety, stability and durability of a building over time. In this context, in order to eradicate and/or minimize the occurrence of these problems, a building inspection was carried out by the Brazilian Institute of Engineering Assessments and Expertise (IBAPE/SP - 2021) and the GUT matrix (Severity, Urgency and Trend) for investigation and classification of identified anomalies. The results demonstrate a high incidence of anomalies related to the sealing system, followed by problems in the structural system. Among these, errors in the tightness of the walls, flaws in the compatibility between projects, lack of spacers for concreting the structure, among others, stood out. Finally, a total of 19 constructive anomalies were identified that presented different pathological manifestations even in the execution phase of the work. Of the verified anomalies, seventeen were classified as being of endogenous or constructive origin, and only two of exogenous origin. Of the classified anomalies, 7 (seven) were considered as a PRIORITY 1 order, 8 (eight) as a PRIORITY 2 order, and 3 (three) as a PRIORITY 4 order, according to IBAPE/SP 2021. anomalies classified according to the GUT matrix were: crack in slab (125) followed by openings in baldrame beams (80), exposed frame in slab (60). Finally, procedures for performance recovery were suggested when necessary. However, in some cases it was not possible to propose corrections.
