Résumé:
As the years have passed, civil engineering has undergone significant changes,
transitioning from manual drawings to computer-aided design (CAD) drawings. These
models enable detailed drawings, albeit in 2D views, requiring a considerable amount
of time due to rework and manual processes. Consequently, with the continuous
technological advancements, Building Information Modeling (BIM) emerged as a new
way of designing, encompassing all stages of a construction project. BIM employs
advanced methods of integration among 3D modeling software, providing precision in
quantity takeoffs, budgeting, scheduling, sizing, and detailing for documentation.
Moreover, it enables parallel simulations that contribute to reducing errors in
engineering. Therefore, the present work was developed with the purpose of utilizing
BIM software for the elaboration of a group of projects, utilizing software that allows for
the integration of models in the BIM platform, such as Autodesk Revit and AltoQI
Eberick. Consequently, with the aid of these software programs, architectural,
structural, electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary projects were developed, adhering to the
current standards specified by the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards. This
involved 3D modeling, sizing, detailing, coordination between disciplines, and the
development of realistic model presentations, enhancing their commercial appeal.
