Resumen:
Over the years, civil engineering has gone through several stages of evolution, from when projects were done directly on paper, through the emergence of CAD software, to the recent arrival of the BIM methodology, which further optimized project development. From this perspective, the present work was developed with the objective of creating projects using BIM-compatible software. Thus, architectural projects were developed, with a built area of 158.03m², structural projects with a steel ratio of 56.20Kg/m³, electrical projects with 2.30m/m² of conduits, as well as hydraulic and sanitation projects with 5 wet areas. This includes modeling, calculations, detailing, playful representations through auxiliary software, as well as their descriptive and calculation specifications.
