city that gives the entire population access to the city's resources, allows drivers
and passersby access to central municipal areas and prevent public spaces from becoming
individuals. To this end, this article aims to analyze the relationship between management
municipality of Cajazeiras- PB and the public service provided by rotating parking (zone
Blue) to improve access to the central area of the municipality. The procedures
methodological aspects of this research are qualitative in approach, using
bibliographic and documentary research, in which its basis was based on data from sources
secondary. It was identified that the turnover of vehicles parked on public roads
triggers democratization in the use of public spaces and promotes universalization
access to city resources and urban spaces in the central areas of Cajazeiras-PB. A
lack of availability of information on their official websites and social networks about the
specific demarcations by the contracted company and the lack of dissemination of studies
technicians carried out by the municipality to define the criteria in the selection of public places
included in rotating parking were limiting factors in the research.
