Resumo:
With the development of information and communication technologies, the
digital documents, and therefore, computerized systems to carry out management
documentary. In this sense, it aims to investigate electronic management systems
documents used by the city halls of the State of Espírito Santo in the requirements provided
by e-ARQ Brasil. To this end, it presents a brief history of Document Management,
differentiates Electronic Document Management and Computerized Archival Management System
of Documents, contextualizes e-ARQ Brasil, analyzes the adherence of city halls to two items
mandatory requirements of e-ARQ Brasil. The research is exploratory with a quantitative approach. A
Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, submitted to the Electronic System
Citizen Information (e-SIC). It was found that of the 41 municipalities investigated, only
14 produce natively digital documents. Of these, only 6 instituted the instruments
archival records - Classification Plan and Document Temporality Table, with
only in one municipality are these instruments included in the computerized system,
according to items 3.1.1 and 1.1.1 of the e-ARQ.
