Intoxicação por produtos químicos na agroindústria: uma análise loco-regional.

Abstract

Pesticides can be present in the daily activities of agroindustry, and it is no different in the Northeast region, whether in any conditions of work or family farming, different products can be used. In Paraíba, there are a number of people who work in this type of activity, generating their own livelihood or the livelihood of other families, however, linked to this important role, there is a need to care for the products that are consumed and made available, therefore, the handling products that favor a good harvest are commonly used, and often there is not enough knowledge, and such conduct can harm the health of those who work with such products. Faced with this fact, this study analyzed the use of chemical products in the agroindustry, the discussions on this topic in the scientific community, and its relationship with the northeast region. It was carried out in scientific portals, VHL and physical library of the Teacher Training Center of the Federal University of Campina Grande - UFCG. With a descriptive qualitative nature, the data were collected in the referred portals, and its result presented in an analytical discursive way and presented in charts, tables and graphs according to the characteristics of the data. The results point to a rich discussion in the proposed thematic area, but reinforce the need for studies in loco for a specific analysis in each region.
