Résumé:
The area of People Management has been the target of studies when the need for a
new Management format. In this context, the research aimed to show how Management
Human Resources combined with Strategic Management is capable of enhancing and improving the
relationship between people so that the services provided are humanized and
effective. She started from the researchers' perspective in finding results that proved
and deepen scientific knowledge and techniques in the field of strategic people management in
UPA unit in Sousa - Paraíba. It was discussed among actors from the different sectors of this
health unit how this Management model would be applied and what results would be obtained
with its use. The research started from a descriptive, qualitative and quantitative approach with the collection of
data carried out through interviews and questionnaires where people showed
inductively a social reality. As a result, the importance of a
strategic vision of people with the aim of developing motivational factors in the work environment
work and this, consequently, affects the provision of services to the public. It was left
The importance that unit managers give to the role of employees in maintaining
the organizational structure of the unit and that strategic management, in addition to being used, promotes
satisfactory results and this is important for the delivery of care and, mainly,
for the society.
