Resumo:
This study is a documentary analysis of the Libras discipline plans as
second language (L2) between 2017.1 and 2022.1. This discipline is offered by the
Libras letters from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) to meet the
demand for undergraduate and bachelor's degrees, that is, heterogeneous classes. The majority of
teachers of this curricular component are deaf and have Portuguese as their L2,
Given this, does the Libras discipline have a tendency to teach content
practical to the detriment of theoretical content? This question was answered before the
objectives of: I) randomly selecting discipline plans developed by
teachers; II) categorize all six items of the plan and observe inconsistencies; and for
end; III) discover through graphs the percentage between theory and practice in the choice
the content of the teachers and finally; IV) make a proposal for a course plan that
that is concerned with the acquittal of the student who uses it as a theoretical and
practice, according to Libâneo (1990, p. 228) and Gesser; Coast; Viviani, (2009). The criteria
of didactic coherence were based on Gesser (2010). Therefore, the present and
work of a bibliographic nature, with a documentary research approach, based
your considerations in the categorized information found and presented,
graphically. As a result, several inconsistencies were found in almost
all items from all teaching plans. In the end, the analysis makes considerations
about positive and negative points of each item studied. As a recommendation the
text presents a suggestion for a course plan that can be followed or inspired to
the development and benefit of future classes.
