Resumo:
This research aims to point out how parental alienation promoted or induced by one of the parents or whoever has custody or supervision of the child or adolescent can directly interfere with their psychological formation. Because in the face of such problematizationb it is observed that parental alienation can directly harm the child or adolescent's psychologyb causing harm to their mental healthb causing Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS ). It aims to discuss how parental alienation can directly harm the psychological formation of children and adolescents todayb seeking to understand the configuration of the formation of emotional abuse in children and adolescents and what leads parents or guardians to implement such a feelingb debating about Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS ) created in the environment in which parental alienation is being developed and how our legal system punishes the
alienating parent or guardian through relevant legislation on the subject such as the Federal Constitution of 1988 the Code Civil Law of 2002 the Child and Adolescent Statuteb the Civil Procedure Code of 2015 and the Parental Alienation Law Nº 12.318/2010. The approach to the theme will be through the deductive methodb as through a particular vision for the generalb the result of the problem is sought. As for the procedureb bibliographical research will be usedb as it will contain the analysis of material already published with booksb articles and periodicals. Through the analysis to be developed during the bibliographical researchb the aim is to conclude that the consequences generated by parental alienation are more serious than imaginedb thus requiring a greater legal apparatus in these casesb and there must be greater protection for the children or adolescents who suffer from parental
alienation through the relevant legislation for alienating parents in our legal system.
