Resumen:
Currently, companies, in order to compete in large markets, increasingly need fast and accurate
information, capable of subsidizing the decision-making process. Thus, the need for tools that
contribute to sustaining competitive advantages is evident, given the complexity of the business
world. In this sense, the present study aimed to develop a business intelligence application
(dashboard) aimed at identifying, analyzing and controlling useful information. It was
concluded that the properly leveraged use of the system can effectively contribute to the
organization through the efficient and effective management of resources and relationships.
