Resumo:
The present work is a case study, applied to the budget data of the municipality of Queimadas-
PB. The work sought to understand how much resources were allocated by the Municipality of
Queimadas-PB for the fulfillment of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals-ODS, which are in
turn, a series of social and environmental factors that need to be overcome, these goals were
established by the United Nations-UN and Brazil was one of the countries that signed this
document, committing to comply. Therefore, the research was based on the analysis of the Annual Budget Law - LOA for the years 2021 and 2022 and their respective fiscal years,
therefore, the model of Garrido (2021) was used, where it was possible to survey all actions of
the Municipality of Queimadas that comprised the SDGs and their respective values were seen,
both in budgets and in fiscal years. Given this situation, the following results were obtained:
SDG 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 had no direct actions, and those that received more
investment in the two years studied were: 3 and 4 health and welfare and quality education, also
identified that the year 2021 there was loss of resources and 2022 there were gains, directly
affecting the compliance and investment of SDGs.
