Abstract:
This work aims to propose a system of indicators to evaluate the Sustainable Management of Human Resources for the textile sector in Brazil. The proposal for the system of indicators was carried out through the definition of indicators and their legitimation. The definition of indicators for the Sustainable Management of Human Resources in the Textile Sector was carried out based on the conceptual analysis and the actions raised in the literature review of emerging models (Sustainable Management of Human Resources and Green Management of Human Resources) and from the analysis of the textile sector, considering the social, environmental and economic impacts of this sector, and also the relation of the indicators with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Thus, 95 indicators were defined (40 social indicators, 32 environmental indicators and 23 economic indicators). The legitimization of the indicators had the participation of specialist researchers in the area of HRM and Sustainability, who were able to evaluate the indicators through a Likert scale and propose suggestions and changes. The evaluated indicators were distributed in the social, environmental and economic dimensions and in the sub-dimensions relationship with stakeholders and functional performance. After analysis by experts, in the social dimension there was the inclusion of a new indicator and seven changes, in the environmental dimension there were two changes and no inclusion and in the economic dimension there was one change and no inclusion. The results were analyzed, considering the level of consensus and stability, based on frequency and descriptive statistics (mean mode, standard deviation and coefficient of variance.). In the social dimension, 77% of the indicators obtained a consensus level above 90%. In the environmental dimension, 81% of the indicators obtained a consensus level above 90% and in the economic dimension, 96% of the indicators obtained a consensus level above 90%. In order to evaluate the level of performance of the GSRH, classification criteria were proposed according to the level of service obtained by each indicator resulting in four levels: excellent between 85% and 100%, good between 68% and 84%, regular between 51% and 67% and bad up to 50%. Thus, the proposed system of indicators allows assessing the level of performance of the GSRH, as well as identifying which indicators, sub-dimensions and dimensions are contributing to the performance found.
