Abstract:
This work approaches Graph Theory, relating it to Combinatorial Analysis problems. For this, a research was carried out in the guiding documents of Brazilian Basic Education, which point to a teaching of mathematics, based on problem solving, including counting problems. In this sense, we formulated a didactic sequence to be applied in the classroom, as a way to facilitate the practice of mathematics teachers, and consequently improve studentsŠ learning in the content of Combinatorial Analysis. The sequence contains counting problems, which were addressed using concepts and properties from Graph Theory, such as the adjacency matrix and the paths associated with a graph, among others.
