Resumo:
The science of extracting data from textual information has made significant advancements. With the
rapid technological evolution in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), language models are
able to provide complete and concise results from textual inputs. Currently, information about the
undergraduate program in Computer Science at UFCG is scattered across various documents,
spreadsheets, and web links, which can result in obstacles for the student to obtain accurate
information about the course and its aspects. This situation can potentially create difficulties in the
resolution of doubts. In light of this, this work proposes to utilize techniques from the field of NLP and
Machine Learning to build a tool capable of generating automatic answers to questions in the context
of the undergraduate Computer Science course at the Federal University of Campina Grande.
