Resumo:
The present work is about an analysis of the brazilian privatization process
during the period of 1990 to 1994. With this, aquired in the first place, do a meticulos
study about the State intervention in the administration of the world capitalist
economics cicie and specially in the brazilian economics. This way, it is affirmed that
there is no period in the capitalist production model where the State was not present
administraing the economics cicie both as a productor and also as a regulator. From the
parameter we argue that in Brazil the intervention of the State in the economics is not
just a reality, but also above ali a necessity for the affirmation of its industrialization.
because without the State intervention principally as a wealth poductor. never will the
brazilian economics obtain so much industrial realization. Forever, against the
neoliberal 'lheses" which confirms privatizations as on of the outway for the brazilian
economical crises, the work done here finds an against argument through the concret.
analysis in the ocorring privatization in the brazilian petrochemical sector after doing
this study, it shows that the brazilian government were not able, through the
privatization put the economics in perfect development economics, not reaching, that
process. a rentable transference of the public patrimony to the private iniciative. Also.
the privatizations did not reduce the brazilian public deficit or refinance of the
government savings as it is defended againstly in the privatizing discussion.
