Resumo:
Floriculture is an activity of enormous potential,
with a m arketthat hasbeenexpandingconsiderably inthesem i-arid
region of the Northeast, thanks to the w ork of severa! institutions
that believe in the potential of this segment, which generates work,
income and citizenship. This study aimed to characterize some
species of plants called succulents, as Crassulaceae family, to the
existing exotic flora inthe Seedling Nursery ofCDSA-UFCG campus,
as a component of the Sumé Project activities w ith Flowers,
extension action inclusion and social inclusion desenvlvida with
users of Psychosocial Care Center Sumé.
