Resumo:
The Solidarity Economy is sourced from various struggles and flags supported by the
working class and organized through social movements and is an alternative to the
capitalist economic model that produces wealth generating social inequality and
environmental destruction. Therefore, the Solidarity Economy is an alternative as it
comes against the lack of public policies to absorb workers and meet the immediate
solutions arising from unemployment and lack of professional qualification driven by a
capitalist regime. In this context to be an educator in Education for Youth and Adulta
(EIA) is necessary to know the history of exclusion by passing the working classes of
this country and who seeks emancipation and improved firmncial conditions. To
understand such identity -related adult education, teachers need to understand the real
reasons for this portion of students arc out of school dynamics as well as future
expectations awakening to continue their studies and their professional qualitication.
Thus this paper aims to describe the understanding of educators EJA Program Projovem
Field Knowledge of the Earth about the Solidarity Economy. The methodology adopted
for this research was a qualitative approach, working the meanings motivos and
aspirations of teachers Program Projovem Field Knowledge of Earth's city of Jacana !
RN. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire with subjective questions in
order to profile the educators surveyed. Data processing was from Technical Analysis of
Contents. From the data collection showed that educators Program present technical
level or higher in education and are mostly female. The professionals have a correct
perception about popular education. When questioned regarding the difliculties in
teaching practice of the topics suggested by the program most teachers reported the
need for training to perform their activities in the classroom. Regarding perception of
Solidarity Economy participants present & view on the subject.Thus, adult education
encompasses the entire process of formal or informal learning where people "adult"
develop their abilities, enrich their knowledge and enhance their technical and
professional qualit—ications. The proposed program Projovem Field Knowledge Earth
comes enable interpretation and characterization of the public who has a history of
exclusion, is conscious, militam and seeks emancipation. This training is in its early
social and voeational skills enabling individuals involved in the process of teaching and
learning (teacher and student) different ways and moments of appropriation and
production of contextualizing learning and respecting the reality of the smdent.
Therefore, the knowledge inhenent in this installment of educators is essential to the
learning organization providing this public sense and meaning to the student , while for
the educator motivation in producing these senses.
