The Evolution of the economy, globalization and the demand for complex and more specialized products, were important factors for changes in the market, encouraging companies to adapt to changes constantly. That said, supply chain management is a process of planning, implementing and controlling the eficient and effective flow of goods, services and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption with the purpose of meeting customer requirements. Therefore, this work aims to map and analyze the supply chains of textile companies’ in the Moda Center Santa Cuz chothing hub. As a result, it was found that 87.5% of suppliers are geographically located close to the hub, in the same way that 50% share a high relationship (level 2) with the companies. When it comes to customers, it was found that just over 44% are located close to the hub and have a close relationship with 85.7% of consumers. About the lead time,t is possible to note that more than half of suppliers (75%) have a lead time of uo to two days, ensuring fast delivery and reducing the likelihood of delays. The same is true for customer leas times, with 77.1% of consumers receiving their products within two days.
