This monograph has as its main focus COVID-19 and female entrepreneurship: main impacts of the pandemic for entrepreneurs in São José do Egito-PE. The Covid-19 pandemic came to trigger significant economic and social changes around the world. It has made a huge impact on women's lives, especially women entrepreneurs. In this context, the present work aims to analyze the main impacts of the pandemic for entrepreneurs in São José do Egito – PE. As a qualitative methodological approach, with field research where a semi-structured interview was carried out with the entrepreneurs.From this analysis, we seek to understand what are the main challenges faced by entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic and what are the main adaptation strategies they have used. The results of this analysis will contribute to knowledge about the impacts of the pandemic on the lives of women entrepreneurs and identify development opportunities for female entrepreneurship, as well as promote awareness and visibility of topics relevant to the sector. It was perceived in the collected data that the entrepreneurs suffered and adapted differently and according to their work niche, when it comes to the arrival of the pandemic at the time of closure and reopening of trade.
