Abstract

This Technical-Technological Product (TTP) was prepared as a result of the dissertation presented in the Master's Program in Public Administration at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). The focus of the research is on Public Administration, with an emphasis on administrative management in special courts. Improving and implementing processes and procedures in the administrative management of special courts is essential to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness in the progress of judicial processes. The fundamental purpose of this PPT is to contribute to the improvement of administrative management in the special courts of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJ/PE). To achieve this objective, field research was conducted, the results of which served as the basis for the development of new processes and procedures aimed at improving the administration of special courts. The aim is to promote more effective and efficient results in the court's judicial system. Additionally, the material produced in the form of a booklet also aims to guide and train magistrates and public servants who work in special courts. This is essential to ensure the correct implementation and consolidation of the processes and procedures suggested in the routine of judicial management. During the development of the research, the urgency of strategic action on the part of the senior administration of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco became evident. This strategic action is essential to boost training and formalization of management in the units in question. Given this, it was possible to formulate the following question: How can administrative management in the judiciary, from the judge-manager's point of view, contribute to improving the registry organization and, consequently, the speed of processing processes in the Special Courts of Pernambuco?
