Résumé:
Exact science subjects in high school, specifically chemistry, are seen as very abstract and
with very technical languages that can make it difficult to associate everyday life with the
content covered in the classroom. This work sought to identify the main difficulties faced
by students in learning chemistry in high school, and the factors that influence this
teaching and learning process. Therefore, the research will be carried out through an
analysis of articles from Google Scholar in the period 2013-2023. The present study was
based on a quantitative, qualitative and bibliographic research method. We will look for
research groups and articles that point out the variables that could influence this complex
process. We hope to dialogue, reflect, problematize and outline an overview of the main
difficulties encountered by high school students in the chemistry discipline, and also base
future research that points to the solution of these problems.
