Resumo:
The main objective of this thesis is not only to
show an analysis of the urban cleanness systems of t he
named João Pessoa but also to in form its population about
the costs involved in the cleanness service and about the
tributary income necessary to the city maintenance.
The study is concerned to matters of Sanitary
Engineering, equipment maintenance, personnel costs and
operational research and an estimation of the growth of t he
urban cleanness services.
In the end of this thesis itis suggerted a
re-structuration on the urban cleanness in order t o minimize
the existing deficit due to the garbage collection service.
