Resumo:
The objective of this article was to describe the difficulties and expectations of the women of the mothers' club in the Três Irmãs neighborhood in the city of Campina Grande - PB, expressed during a professional initiation course. The professional training of these women has become a concern in the educational field due to the need to place them within organizations so that they can enter the job market with a qualification. For that, a descriptive research was carried out, regarding the ends and, regarding the means, a case study was carried out, having as object a focus group formed by twenty women, under a qualitative approach. Data collection took place through a printed test applied to the women and the recording of their speeches during classes. With regard to data processing and analysis, basic parameters of Descriptive Statistics were used, such as mean and scale. The result of the research shows the lack of these women in the face of a professional qualification and exalts the need for the opportunity of the first job with or without experience in the labor market.
