Résumé:
The enrollment period can be a source of stress and anxiety for many Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) undergraduates. It is common for students to be confused about which subjects to take next semester due to schedule shocks, prerequisites, and/or personal preferences. This work aims to develop PlaneJáUFCG, an online system for planning undergraduate enrollments. With the system, the student can send their academic transcript and, based on the prerequisites among the disciplines, their schedules, and the information extracted from the submitted transcript, select which subjects they can attend in the coming period. Therefore, the application allows students to assemble their enrollments more visually and consciously. The results indicate a high level of user satisfaction regarding the simplicity and usability of PlaneJáUFCG. For the evolution of the system, some users suggested improvements in issues related to accessibility in the application's usability, as well as new features for the system
