Resumen:
This work is dedicated to the analysis of the Stellantis strategic alliance, resulting from
the merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and the PSA Group (Peugeot
Société Anonyme). The research adopted a bibliographic research approach, using
secondary data and applying the typology of alliances proposed by Eiriz (2001). The
justification for the study lies in the importance of the automotive sector, which
influences several industrial sectors. The automotive industry constantly seeks
innovation, operational efficiency and adaptation to technological changes and
consumer demands. Stellantis has been successful in its endeavor, taking advantage of
the merger's synergies to obtain savings and maximize results. With a forward-looking
vision and a collaborative approach, Stellantis has established itself as one of the leaders
in the global automotive industry. The analysis of the strategic alliance contributes to
the understanding of the practices and challenges of this sector, offering valuable
information for managers and academics interested in the subject.
