Resumo:
This presente work aims to develop a preliminar study of multi-family social housing. The proposal, named Conjunto Colina, unfolds in four phases: 1 – theoretical framework; 2 – related studies; 3 – diagnosis; 4 – architectural design. The work is propositional in nature, seeking to demonstrate the importance of integrating social houseing into consolidated áreas (rather than executing it on the outskirts of the urban fabric), considering the capitalista reality of city prodution. It also aims to generate a Variety of housing typologies, adapt to the natural enviroment, and incorporate sustainable construction Technologies. Furthermore, it seeks to highlight the need to conceive housing complexes for low-income populations with architectural quality while producing qualified public open space. The Conjunto Colina project takes Advantage of its origin from academia to propose, through architecture, reflections on the possibilites of democratizing the right to the city and adequate housing. The Conjunto Colina develops architectural solutions compatible with Campina Grande and presentes favorable design arguments for planning social housing within contested city plots.
