Résumé:
Education for ethnic and racial relations as agent transformer, directed to the
diversity with respect for the cultural plurality with his ethnicity and his religiosity. This
article discusses educational initiatives that can be incorporated into the school
institution, that has as main objective to analyze a pedagogical experience on cultural
diversity interacting with the National curriculum guidelines for the education of racial-ethnic
relations, which are committed to the school every day in the formation
of educational attitudes on classroom break with seeking racial prejudice tolerance for
differences and generate respect in their values and beliefs.
