Resumo:
In the context of a pandemic, the world of work has undergone
numerous changes and, in the face of them, we see a set of practical
responses through the instruments of struggle and resistance of the
proletariat. In view of this premise, this article intends to look into the
positions of two unions of education workers operating in the city of
Sousa-PB, in view of the current Covid-19 pandemic. To achieve this
goal, we promote documentary research and literature review,
articulating, on the one hand, the study and analysis of materials
socialized by the unions in their official communication channels and,
on the other hand, the approximation with theoretical-methodological
contributions that offer clues important to understand the current
reality. We conclude the text highlighting the challenges materialized
for unions in the context of the deepening of precarious work.
